The Home of God Association Miraculous Medal has been a refuge for men struggling with addiction and trauma for over 15 years. Throughout our history, we have seen how, with faith and effort, these men have found a second chance in life.

Today, we need your help to continue offering a safe and dignified space for them. Our goal is to raise 5 million colones to implement critical security and infrastructure improvements and perform necessary maintenance at our facilities.

What are we looking to finance?

With your contribution, we will be able to purchase and install the following essential items:

• 2 Fire Extinguishers to ensure fire safety.
• 2 Smoke Sensors in bedrooms and key areas.
• Emergency exit and access to the second floor: This exit will also act as access to the second floor bedrooms, complying with Costa Rican Law 7600, which guarantees accessibility for people with disabilities.
• Emergency siren to alert staff and inmates in the event of incidents.
• Safety and signage areas with clear signage of evacuation routes.
• Electrical installation of the stove to make our kitchen space safer.
• Emergency protocol to be prepared for any situation.
• Dining room wall repair to prevent water leaks when it rains.
• Ceramics for the floor of the chapel, to improve its finish and functionality.
• Construction of a dividing wall to separate the office from the bedrooms, since they are currently in the same space.
• Building maintenance to ensure the durability of our facilities.
